◆剧情简介：

    阿力与大学同学口水泉到即将拆卸的空置屋暂住，以便专心温习应付考试。二人搬进999号单位，虽然环境有点阴森，但好在还可以静心读书。晚上，阿力来到残旧不堪的便利店，货物已卖得八八九九，原来便利店明天就会关门，老板柳叔说这地方很邪，劝阿力也不要久留。怪事陆续发生，阿力发现高层走廊有两男两女在追逐，又见一个满身是血的男人扑出，阿力随之报警；但警员到场时，那男人已不知所踪，连地上的血迹也没有……
    当晚阿力再次听到走廊有男女嬉笑声，但同伴们却无人听到。阿力独自出去查看，碰见一个穿着六十年代服饰的少女小玉。小玉指自己大姐Lucy和二姐Mary常带男友回来玩，所以有嬉笑声。小玉对阿力一见倾心。阿力亦对小玉留下深刻印象。小玉与Lucy与Mary带两男回到她们的666号单位，其实666号单位是鬼域，Lucy与Mary是女殭尸，专门害人吸血。两个壮男就这样一去不返，被Lucy与Mary吸尽精血。小玉亦是女鬼，因骸骨与二女殭尸埋葬在一起，故被Lucy与Mary所控制。Lucy与Mary表示，这几天之内，便吸尽999个坏男人的血，尚欠一个好男人的血，就可以在日间出没，而且威力强大，难以收服。她们指阿力就是那个好男人，要小玉引他进666号单位，把他的血吸尽……

◆幕后制作：

    此片和一个月前上映的《鬼眼刑警》一样，都由王晶编剧，配角都有元华和森美，不过上次男主角是方中信，今次换上方力申，班底差不多。方力申和森美饰演大学生，为考试暂时入住几乎空置的旧屋温习，不料遇鬼，凶宅惊魂，而且遇到的是几个吸血女殭尸。此片移稙西式殭尸和666、999“洋为中用”，主要剧情是把中国古代聊斋的《倩女幽魂》改为时装。杨爱瑾饰演新倩女幽魂，被恶鬼威迫勾引好书生方力申，发生真情，就像徐克古装版本的王祖贤和张国荣。元华演电视台灵异专家，相当于道士，也就是燕赤霞的角色。
    《爱上尸新娘》的片名，王晶有意仿效蒂姆?波顿的《怪诞尸新娘》（港译，即《僵尸新娘》）。
